PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, together with the right of way created by transfer No. 3296, and together with the right to take and convey water created by transfer No. 51846, and together with the right to convey water specified in easement certificate No. 87884.2, and subject to the building line restriction imposed by notice No. 36669, for a teacher’s residence, from and after the 24th day of May 1979.
