Declaring Land Taken, Subject to Certain Restrictions, for a Secondary School in the Borough of Huntly

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928 the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the mining rights created by Transfers 13479 and 172443 and Conveyance 119389 (R. 41/265) and the fencing agreement contained in Transfer S. 762, South Auckland Land Registry, for a secondary school from and after the 18th day of January 1979.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928 the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Wilfred James Wood, of New Plymouth, builder, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 222508.3, recorded in certificate of title, No. D2/1020, Taranaki Land Registry, is hereby taken, subject to the fencing covenant contained in lease 222508.3, for a technical institute, from and after the 18th day of January 1979.
