PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928 the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken subject to the electricity easement in gross created by transfer S. 647230 and subject to the fencing agreement contained in transfer H. 043877.1, South Auckland Land Registry, for the generation of electricity (housing), from and after the 18th day of January 1979.
