Declaring Land Taken, Subject to a Building Line Restriction and Fencing Agreement, for Police Purposes (Residence) in the Borough of Taupo

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928 the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the building line restriction imposed by S. 535178 and subject to the fencing agreement contained in transfer S. 637897, South Auckland Land Registry, for police purposes (residence), from and after the 18th day of January 1979.

Declaring Land Taken, Subject to an Unregistered Agreement, for Teachers’ Residences in Block XVI, Kawakawa Survey District, Bay of Islands Country

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928 the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken subject to the fencing covenant contained in an unregistered agreement, dated 28 October 1975, described in the Second Schedule hereto, between Her Majesty the Queen and Henry Gill, for teachers’ residences from and after the 18th day of January 1979.
