Amending a Declaration Declaring Land Taken for Waterworks in Block XI, Rangitoto Survey District, Rangitikei County

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 6th day of September 1978, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 100, 16 November 1978, p. 3129, declaring land taken for waterworks in the County of Rangitikei, by omitting from the Schedule of the declaration the words “Block X” and substituting the words “Block XI”.

Amending a Notice Authorising a Secondary Use of Land in Block II, Paritutu Survey District, Taranaki County, and Vesting the Control and Management Thereof in the Taranaki County Council

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 20th day of December 1978, and published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 7, 1 February 1979, p. 202, authorising a secondary use of land and vesting the control and management thereof in the Taranaki County Council, pursuant to section 37 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, by omitting the Schedule and substituting the following Schedule.
