Amending a Declaration declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not Required for that Purpose to be Crown Land in the City of Nelson
PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the Declaration, dated the 6th day of December 1978, and published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 6, 25 January 1978, on p. 162, declaring land acquired for a Government work and not required for that purpose to be Crown Land in the City of Nelson by omitting the words “Wellington Land District” and substituting the words “Nelson Land District”.
