PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found—

(i) An area of 40 acres, more or less, situated north-west of and adjoining Roberts Road, Tuakau, being Allotments 7, and part of 11, suburbs of Tuakau, C.T. 756/203 (Auckland Registry).

(b) Other land within a radius of 80 kilometres of the land described in paragraph (a) above being—

(i) An area of 10 acres and 17.7 perches, more or less, situated north east of Jenkins Road and adjoining Jenkins and Corbett Roads, Pukekohe, being Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 19005, and portions of Allotments 41 and 42, subsection 3, Parish of Pukekohe C.T. 447/177 (Auckland Registry).

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found—

(i) An area of 41 acres 1 rood 31.7 perches, more or less, situated east of Upper Queen Street, and adjoining Upper Queen Street and Ray Wright Road, Pukekohe, being Lot 6, and part of Lot 5, D.P. 22265, and portion of Allotment 49, Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 747/28 (Auckland Registry).

(b) Other land within a radius of 80 kilometres of the land described in paragraph (a) above being—

(i) An area of 36 acres 1 rood 11.1 perches, more or less, situated south of Mill Road, and adjoining Mill Road and State Highway 1, Bombay, being part of Allotment 27, Parish of Mangatawhiri, C.T. 572/225 (Auckland Registry).

(ii) The residue of 10 acres 1 rood 6.6 perches, more or less, situated east of Queen Street, and adjoining Queen and Nelson Streets, Pukekohe, being part of Allotment 22, subsection 2, Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 431/82 (Auckland Registry).

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found—

(i) An area of 4 acres and 22 perches, more or less, situated west of and adjoining Wellington Street, Pukekohe, being Lot 5 D.P. 6611, and portion of Allotments 57 and 58, subsection 2, Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 239/125 (Auckland Registry).

This land was previously scheduled (b) (vi) in notice No. 949 dated 24 October 1974.
