Notice Declaring Lands to be Infected Areas Under Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974 (No. 2092, Ag. 61422)

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:

(b) Other land within a radius of 80 kilometres of the land described in paragraph (a) of notice No. 944—

(i) An area of 8738 square metres, more or less, situated south of Harris Street, and adjoining Harris and Wellington Streets, Pukekohe, being Lot 1, D.P. 79535, and being part of Allotment 34, Subsection 2, Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 36B/759 (North Auckland Registry).

(ii) An area of 1.1087 hectares, more or less, situated south of Harris Street, and adjoining Harris and Wellington Streets, Pukekohe, being Lot 2, D.P. 79535, and part of Allotment 34, subsection 2, Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 36B/760 (North Auckland Registry).

Notice Declaring Lands to be Infected Areas Under Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974 (No. 2094, Ag. 61422)

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found—

(i) An area of 8 acres 3 roods 17.3 perches, more or less, situated west of and adjoining Anzac Road, Pukekohe, being Lots 1 and 3, C.P. 35757, and part Allotment 54, subsection 2, Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 993/2 (Auckland Registry).

(ii) An area of 15 acres 20.5 perches, more or less, situated south of and adjoining Jellicoe Road, Pukekohe, being Lots 7 and 8, C.P. 8354, and part Allotment 267, subsection 2, Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 209/120 (Auckland Registry).

These areas were previously scheduled as (b) (i) and (iii) in notice No. 1872 dated 24 February 1978.

(b) Other land within a radius of 80 kilometres of the land described in paragraph (a) above being:

(i) An area of 17 acres and 37 perches, more or less, situated south-west of Hart Road, and adjoining Hart and Cronin Roads, Pukekohe, being Allotment 56, subsection 3, Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 758/66 (Auckland Registry).

(ii) An area of 16 acres 2 roods 26.2 perches, more or less, situated north-east of Attewell Road, and adjoining Attewell, Blakes, and Waiuku-Puni Roads, Pukekohe, being Allotment 215, and part of Allotment 204, subsection 2, Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 1D/1286 (North Auckland Registry).

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found—

(i) An area of 19 acres 11.2 perches, more or less, situated south-east of and adjoining Blakes Road, Pukekohe, being Lot 2, D.P. 13720, and being portions of Allotments 221, 222, 223, 272, Subsection 2, Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 363/60 (Auckland Registry).

(b) Other land within a radius of 80 kilometres of the land described in paragraph (a) above being—

(i) An area together of 99 acres and 19.4 perches, more or less, situated south-west of and adjoining State Highway 22, Tuakau, being Allotments 1, 2, 49, and 106, D.P. 1902, Parish of Tuakau, C.T. 1123/294 (Auckland Registry).

(iii) An area of 12.0343 hectares, more or less, situated north of and adjoining Settlement Road, Pukekohe, being Section 5S, of Puni Settlement, C.T. 35C/320 (North Auckland Registry).

(iv) An area of 76 acres, more or less, situated south of Settlement Road, Pukekohe, being Section 3, Block 2, Onewhero Survey District, C.T. 11A/901 (North Auckland Registry).
