Notice Declaring Lands to be Infected Areas Under Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974 (No. 2106, Ag. 61422)

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas—

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found—

(i) An area of 35 acres and 14 perches, more or less, situated north-east of and adjoining the junction of Runciman and Rutherford Roads, Pukekohe, being Lot 4, D.P. 8259, and portion of Allotment 7, Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 361/182 (Auckland Registry).

This land was previously scheduled (b) (ii) in notice No. 935 dated 11 October 1974.

This notice should be read together with notice No. 938.

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found—

(i) An area of 10 acres, more or less, situated south-east of and adjoining Eden Road, Pukekohe, being Allotment 160, subsection 2, Parish of Pukkoke, C.T. 295/189 (Auckland Registry).

This land was previously scheduled (b) (v) in notice No. 1278, dated 22 October 1975.

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:

(b) Other land within a radius of 80 kilometres of the land described in notices Nos. 1277 and 1596—

(i) An area of 4 acres 3 roods 14 perches, more or less, situated south-east of and adjoining Millar and Pollock Roads, Pukekohe, being Allotment 189, subsection 2, Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 122/211 (Auckland Registry).

(ii) An area of 10 acres and 16 perches, more or less, situated south-east of and adjoining Pollock Road, Pukekohe, being Allotment 301, subsection 2, Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 2D/312 (North Auckland Registry).
