Land Proclaimed as Road and as a Service Lane in the Borough of Roxburgh

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and as a service lane the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Roxburgh Borough Council.
