(b) Stops the said road.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Vested, and Road Closed and Incorporated in Deferred Payment Licence in Block II, Ruataniwha Survey District, Waipawa District

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Waipawa District Council, and hereby declares that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and hereby declares that the road firstly described in the Second Schedule hereto, when so closed, shall vest in Wilhelmina Elizabeth Worsnop of Waipukurau, married woman, and Kevin Unsworth McKay of Waipawa, solicitor, and hereby declares that the road secondly described in the Second Schedule hereto, when so closed, shall be incorporated in deferred payment licence No. D.P. F. 268, recorded in register book No. B4/823, held by Margaret Mary Fletcher of Onga Onga, married woman, Patricia Eileen Peploe of Dannevirke, married woman, and Richard Neil Watson of Waipukurau, chartered accountant, subject to mortgages 197049 and 368111.2 and lease 368111.3.
