Declaring Land Taken for Post Office Purposes (Microwave Tower Site) in Block II, Clyde Survey District, Wairoa County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for post office purposes (microwave tower site), from and after the 6th day of December 1979.

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the Declaration dated the 10th day of October 1979 and published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 96, 18 October 1979, page 3014, declaring land and the leasehold estate in land to be taken for the generation of electricity in Block V, Wakefield Survey District, Vincent County, by omitting the land described secondly in the Second Schedule thereto and substituting the following.
