Proclaiming Land Taken for the Purposes of the Main South Railway at Burnside
KEITH HOLYOAKE, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby taken for railway purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of November 1979.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT—GREEN ISLAND BOROUGH
ALL that piece of land described as follows:

164 Part Section 66, being part of the land comprised and (6.5p) described in Deeds Index L. 453, coloured sepia on plan.
Situated in Block V, Lower Kaikorai Survey District.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 25992 (S.O. 17262) deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

PURSUANT to section 175 (3) and subject to sections 176 to 182 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Golden Bay County Council to reclaim from the bed of Ruataniwha Inlet at Collingwood an area of 5450 square metres, more or less, as more particularly shown on plan M.D. (C) 224 (S.O. 12341) and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington.
