A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Bay of Islands County Council as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of November 1979.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land situated in Block II, Russell Survey District, containing 1947 square metres, being part land on D.P. 16216; as shown on plan S.O. 52807, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon marked “A”.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of November 1979.

Water Supply Easement in Gross Taken for a Secondary School Over Land in Blocks V, XV, and XVI, Whangape Survey District, Hokianga County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that a water supply easement in gross is hereby taken for a secondary school over the land described in the Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen, her servants, tenants, agents, workmen, licensees, and invites the rights set out in clauses 2 and 3 of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of November 1979.
