Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Blocks VII, IX, X, and XI, Table Hill Survey District, and Blocks IX and X, Waipori Survey District, Bruce County

PURSUANT to section 323, Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Deputy Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedules hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Bruce County Council pursuant to the said section 323, and as from the date of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown Land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Appointment of the Tauranga County Council to Control and Manage a Reserve

Classification of Reserve and Declaration that the Reserve be Part of the Rocks Scenic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for scenic purposes, subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (a) of the said Act, and further, declares the said reserve to form part of the Rocks Scenic Reserve to be administered as a reserve for scenic purposes by the Marlborough Sounds Maritime Park Board.
