Naming of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director of National Parks and Reserves of the Department of Lands and Survey hereby declares that the reserve for scenic purposes, described in the Schedule hereto, shall hereafter be known as the Mangaorakei North Scenic Reserve.

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Papakura City Council

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, vests the said reserve in the Papakura City Council in trust for that purpose.

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block XI, Table Hill Survey District, Block VII, Tuapeka East Survey District, and Block IX, Waipori Survey District, Bruce and Tuapeka Counties

PURSUANT to section 323, Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Deputy Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedules hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Bruce and Tuapeka County Councils, pursuant to the said section 323 and as from the date of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown Land subject to the Land Act 1948.
