Declaring Leasehold Estates in Land Taken for the Purposes
of a Road in Blocks VIII and XII, Mimi Survey District,
Clifton County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that,
sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into,
the leasehold estate in the land described in the First Schedule
hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Anthony Robert
Burrell, of New Plymouth, engineering assistant, and Jean
Anne Burrell, his wife, under and by virtue of lease in
perpetuity recorded in register book, Volume 30, folio 244,
Taranaki Land Registry, and the leasehold estate in the land
described in the Second Schedule hereto, held from Her
Majesty the Queen by Graham McIlivray Gauld, of Uruti,
farmers, and Marlene Joan Gauld, his wife, and by
virtue of lease in perpetuity recorded in register book, Volume
30, folio 248, Taranaki Land Registry, are hereby taken for
the purposes of a road, from and after the 11th day of
January 1979.

1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby

hereby closed, and shall, when so closed, vest in The Maraenui
Golf Club (Incorporated), a society duly incorporated under
the Incorporated Societies Act 1908 and having its registered
office at Napier.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule
hereto, and hereby proclaims that the road in the Second
Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and shall, when so closed
vest in Kevin Bernard Collins and Brian Dalton Collins, both
of Palmerston, farmers, as tenants in common in equal shares.
