Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Incorporated in
a Deferred Payment Licence in Block X, Maungaharuru
Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule
hereto, which land shall vest in the Hawke’s Bay County
Council, and hereby proclaims that the road described in the
Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so
closed, be incorporated in Deferred Payment Licence number
D.P.F. 445, recorded in the Register Book No. E3/1066,
Hawke’s Bay Land Registry, held from Her Majesty the
Queen by Richard Bond Nesbitt, of Napier, accountant, and
James Hadfield Zohrab, of Napier, solicitor, subject to mort-
gages 289990, 303101.2, and 332452.1 and to Forestry
Encouragement Agreement K233578.
