Declaring Land Taken for Street in the City of Hamilton

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Hamilton City Council, from and after the 11th day of January 1979.

(a) Declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road, and

(b) Stops the said road.

Amending a Notice Proclaiming Land as Street in the City of Hamilton

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 11th day of July 1978, published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 82, 28th September 1978, p. 2656, proclaiming land as street in the City of Hamilton, pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, by omitting the Schedule and substituting the following Schedule.
