Notice of Intention to Take a Water Supply Easement in gross for a Secondary School in Blocks V, XV, and XVI, Whangape Survey District, Hokianga County

Notice is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take a water supply easement in gross over the land described in the Schedule hereto for a secondary school, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen, her servants, tenants, agents, workmen, licensees, and invites the rights set out in clauses 2 and 5 of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952, such easement to be used for supplying water to Panguru High School; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land over which the easement is required is deposited in the post office at Kohukohu, and is there open for inspection; that all persons directly affected by the taking of the said easement should, if they have any objection to the amount or payment of compensation, make a written objection and send it within 40 days after the first publication of this notice, to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board at Wellington; and that, if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
