PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 13th day of June 1978, published in Gazette, No. 66, 27 July 1978, at p. 2110, declaring land taken, subject to drainage and right of way easements, for a State primary school in the City of Christchurch, pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, by omitting the Schedule and substituting the following Schedule.
