PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 21st day of February 1978, published in Gazette, No. 17, 16 March 1978, at p. 539, proclaiming land as road, road closed and vested in Ashburton County by omitting the land secondly described in the First Schedule and substituting the following:
