National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

REFERRING to State Highway No. 35, Little Awanui to Te Kaha section, as more particularly shown on sheets 1–5 of plan M.O.W. 35377 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Gisborne, and there available for public inspection, it is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 18 October 1978 and pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution dated 17 April 1974*, made pursuant to the said section 4, insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration for half its width on the western side across the frontage of Lot 7, D.P. 5408, Te Kaha Block (C.T. 3A/213).

National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

REFERRING to State Highway No. 1, Mosgiel to Otokia section, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 3 of Plan M.O.W. 15608 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Dunedin, and there available for public inspection, it is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 18 October 1978 and pursuant to subsection 5 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution dated 9 October 1969* made pursuant to the said section 4 insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road for one half of its width on the southern side and extending over the total frontage of Lots 14 and 15, D.P. 70, Irregular Block, East Taieri S.D. (C.T. 304/144).

National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

REFERRING to State Highway No. 22, Pukekohe to Tuakau section, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 3 of Plan L.A. 10/70/2 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Auckland, and there available for public inspection, it is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 18 October 1978 and pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution dated 16 February 1977*, made pursuant to the said section 4, insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration for one half of its width on the western side commencing at the point of junction of the southern boundary of Part Allotment 9 (C.T. 7A/1189) and road reserve and extending northward for 44 metres across the frontage of Part Allotment 9 and Lot 1 D.P. 53992.

National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

REFERRING to State Highway No. 2 (Pokeno-Wellington) from its junction with State Highway No. 1 near Pokeno to its junction with Mangatawhiri Valley Road, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 3 of Plan L.A. 10/32/1 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Otahuhu, and there available for public inspection, it is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 18 October 1978 and pursuant to subsection 5 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution dated 20 August 1975*, made pursuant to the said section 4 insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration for one half of its width on the northern side commencing at the junction with McPherson Road and extending eastward across the frontage of Part Allotment 123, Parish of Mangatawhiri, (C.T. 1131/241) for a distance of 600 metres.

National Roads Board Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 18 October 1978 and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 6 (Blenheim to Invercargill via Greymouth) from the South Beach rail overbridge to the Taramakau River, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 8 of Plan L.A. 62/47/1 and accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Greymouth, and there available for public inspection to be a limited access road.

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 18 October 1978 and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 16 (Auckland to Wellsford via Helensville) from the northern boundary of Waitemata City to the Kumeu River, as more particularly shown on sheet 1 of Plan L.A. 10/60/1 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Auckland North, and there available for public inspection to be a limited access road.
