Consenting to Raising of Loans by Certain Local Authorities
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the undersigned Assistant Secretary to the Treasury, acting under powers delegated to the Secretary to the Treasury by the Minister of Finance, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities, mentioned in the Schedule hereto, of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.

National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
REFERRING to State Highway No. 60, Takaka to Puramahoi section, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 and 2 of plan L.A. 54/62/1 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Nelson, and there available for public inspection, it is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 18 October 1978 and pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution dated 15 February 1978*, made pursuant to the said section 4, insofar as it affects that part of its limited access road declaration for its full width commencing at the junction of the southern boundary of Part Lot 2, D.P. 65 (C.T. 2C/745), with the road reserve boundary and extending 120 metres in a northerly direction.
