Appointment of Honorary Harbourmaster

to be honorary harbourmaster for the waters of Great Barrier Island excepting thereout the waters of Port Fitzroy, Okupu and Whangaparapara, Great Barrier Island.

The appointment* of Cedric Albert Gibbs, as honorary harbourmaster for the waters of Great Barrier Island excepting thereout the waters of Port Fitzroy, Great Barrier Island, is hereby revoked.

The Road Classification (National Roads Board) Notice No. 4, 1978

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1974*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (National Roads Board) Notice No. 4, 1978.

2. It is hereby declared, as required by the National Roads Board, that the State Highway as set out in the Schedule hereto shall belong to the class set out in the said Schedule.

3. So much of the notice dated the 18th day of April 1977†, which relates to the classification of the highway described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby revoked.

No. 89 State Highway (Queenstown-Wanaka): from Aspiring Terrace, Wanaka (R.P. 48/1.28) to the end of the said State Highway at its junction with State Highway No. 6.
