Declaring Land in a Roadway Laid Out in Block III, Horohoro Survey District, Rotorua County, to be Road

KEITH HOLYOAKE, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land, described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 11th day of June 1976, to be road, and to be vested in the Rotorua County Council.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 404 square metres, situated in Block III, Horohoro Survey District, being part Kaitao Rotohokahoka IR2D1 (Roadway); as shown on plan M.L. 20967, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of September 1978.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

ALL that piece of land containing 4.3782 hectares, situated in Block III, Cape Survey District, being part Section 49, Oakura District. All certificate of title, No. B1/906.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Bay of Islands County Council as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of October 1978.

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At the Government House at Wellington this 16th day of October 1978

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 175 and subject to sections 176 to 182 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Marlborough Harbour Board to reclaim from the foreshore and bed of the sea at Picton an area of 2.19 hectares, more or less, as shown coloured brown on plan M.D. 15921, and deposited in the Ministry of Transport, at Wellington.

PURSUANT to section 175 (3) and subject to sections 176 to 182 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Marlborough Harbour Board to reclaim from the bed of the sea at Waikawa Bay, Picton, an area of 2.9647 hectares, more or less, of Crown land as shown on plan M.D. 15886, deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington.
