Varying a Warrant Vesting Control of the Panmure Bridge, Manukau City, in the Manukau City Council

PURSUANT to sections 136 and 137 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby vary the warrant dated 10 October 1972, vesting in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Manukau the care, control, and management of the Panmure Bridge, Manukau, and determining that the cost of maintaining and repairing the said bridge shall be borne by the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Manukau by defining that all fenders around the piers of the bridge and all navigation lights on the bridge are part of the bridge and that the cost of their maintenance and repair shall be borne by the Manukau City Council.
