Land Taken for Road in Block II, Patetere North Survey District, Matamata County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Matamata County Council as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of October 1978.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block II, Patetere North Survey District, described as follows:
