PURSUANT to section 112 (4) of the Social Security Act 1964, the Minister of Health hereby gives notice that
Ian Michael St. George, M.R., CH.B. (UOTAGO), M.R.A.C.P., M.R.C.G.P., D.OBST. R.C.O.G.,
of 2 Carlyle Street, Dunedin, has notified the Minister that he would like to withdraw his notice published in the New Zealand Gazette on 19 September 1974, that he was unwilling to afford medical services in relation to maternity benefits, on the terms provided for in section 112 of the Social Security Act 1964.
