No. 2 State Highway (Pokeno-Wellington via Gisborne): from the southern boundary of Waipawa District adjacent to the Waipukurau Riding of Waipukurau District to a point 50 metres measured south-westerly, generally, along the said highway from Ford Road.

Declaring Land Taken for a Limited Access Road and for the Use, Convenience or Enjoyment of a Limited Access Road in Block VII, Waima Survey District, Borough of Richmond and Waima County
PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken for a limited access road, and the land described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a limited access road, from and after the 21st day of September 1978.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Incorporated in Pastoral Lease, and Road Closed and dealt with as Crown Land in Blocks XII, XIII, and XVIII, Takitimu Survey District, Wallace County
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Wallace County Council, and hereby declares that the road, firstly, secondly, and thirdly described in the said Second Schedule hereto shall, when so closed, be incorporated in Pastoral Lease No. p. 79 recorded in register book No. B4/967 held from Her Majesty the Queen by David Napier Speight, of Mossburn, farmer, William Allan Speight, of Te Anau, farmer, and Charles Edward Lloyd, of Dunedin, solicitor, as to one half-share and the said David Napier Speight as to the remaining half-share, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 034542.5, 244725, 287262, and subject to Forestry Encouragement Agreement No. 258361, and Agreement No. 225650, under the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Amendment Act 1959, Southland Land Registry, and the road described fourthly, fifthly, and sixthly in the said Second Schedule hereto shall, when so closed, be incorporated in Pastoral Lease No. P. 80 recorded in register book B4/968 held from Her Majesty the Queen by David Napier Speight, of Te Anau, farmer, William Allan Speight, of Te Anau, farmer, and Charles Edward Lloyd, of Dunedin, solicitor (jointly inter se) subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 244720, 284308, 002013.1, 006402.1, 030668.3, and subject to Forestry Encouragement Agreement No. 256486, and Agreement No. 225650, under the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Amendment Act 1959, Southland Land Registry, and further hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Third Schedule hereto and declares that the closed road shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.
