Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Nelson City Council
PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, vests the said reserve in the Nelson City Council in trust for that purpose.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT—NELSON CITY
6815 square metres, more or less, being Lots 42 and 43, D.P. 9961, situated in Block IX, Wakapuaka Survey District.

Revocation of the Reservation over a Reserve Specifying that the Land shall Vest in the Papakura City Council in Fee Simple and How the Value thereof shall be Utilised
PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as reserves for local purpose (road) over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land shall vest in the Papakura City Council in fee simple provided that a sum equal to the current market value of the said land is paid by council into its reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—PAPAKURA CITY
1224 square metres, more or less, being Lot 9, D.P. 38128, situated in Block IV, Drury Survey District. Balance C.T. 830/268.
1464 square metres, more or less, being Lot 7, D.P. 39904, situated in Block IV, Drury Survey District. Balance C.T. 237/42.

The Traffic (Woodville Borough) Notice No. 1, 1978
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Woodville Borough) Notice No. 1, 1978.

The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.

The Traffic (Woodville Borough) Notice No. 1, 1973, dated the 27th day of September 1973†, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956, which relates to roads situated within Woodville Borough, is hereby revoked.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Woodville Borough:
No. 2 State Highway (Pokeno-Wellington via Gisborne): from a point 50 metres measured easterly, generally, along the said highway from Burgoyne Street to the eastern boundary of Woodville Borough.
No. 3 State Highway (Hamilton-Woodville via New Plymouth): from Gordon Street to the western boundary of Woodville Borough.
SECOND SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Woodville Borough:
No. 2 State Highway (Pokeno-Wellington via Gisborne): from a point 50 metres measured easterly, generally, along the said highway from Burgoyne Street to a point 200 metres measured easterly, generally, along the said highway from Gladstone Street.

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Waipawa District) Notice No. 1, 1978.

The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.

The roads specified in the Third Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be limited speed zones pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.

The notice under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949, dated the 9th day of October 1951 (a*), which relates to roads situated within Waipawa County, is hereby revoked.

The notice under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949, dated the 23rd day of November 1954 (b*), which relates to roads situated within Waipawa Borough, is hereby revoked.

The notice under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949, and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956, dated the 29th day of June 1959 (c*), which relates to roads situated within Waipawa Borough, is hereby revoked.

The Traffic (Waipawa County) Notice 1968, dated the 4th day of March 1968 (d*), issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956, which relates to roads situated within Waipawa County at Takapau, is hereby revoked.

Bridge Street: from a point 100 metres measured easterly, generally, along the said street from No. 50 State Highway (Napier-Takapau via Fernhill) to a point 500 metres measured easterly, generally, along the said street from Herrick Street.
Fannin Street.
Herrick Street: from Bridge Street to a point 240 metres measured southerly, generally, along the said street from Onga-Waipukurau Road.
Mill Street.
Newman Street.
Onga-Waipukurau Road: from Herrick Street to a point 100 metres measured easterly, generally, along the said road from the said street.
