Road begins; and notice is further given that the plan of the
land so required to be taken is lodged under No. S.O. 30741
in the public office of the Wairarapa South County Council,
Belvedere Road, Carterton, and also at the offices of Messrs
Major, Gooding & Wollerman, Solicitors, 11-15 Broadway,
Carterton, and may be inspected without fee at either of those
places by all persons during ordinary office hours.

Every person directly affected by the execution of the said
taking of such land who has any objection to the execution
of the taking of the said land not being an objection to the
amount or payment of compensation, is called upon to state
the objection in writing and send the same within 40 days
from the first publication of this notice to The Registrar, The
Planning Tribunal, Private Bag, Postal Centre, Wellington
and notice is further given that if any objection as aforesaid
is received by the Registrar of The Planning Tribunal a public
hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector
otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the
time and place of the hearing.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP

The partnership previously entered into by Glen Richard
Wilkinson and Lisa Schouw, and carried on under the trade
name of Sebastian Associates shall be and is hereby dissolved;
any present and future business entered into under the
trade name Sebastian Associates shall be done in the name of
G. R. Wilkinson only.

The Adjusted Weighted Average Sale Price for the auction
sale of wool held on 22 June 1978, at Auckland, was 200.66
cents per kilogram.

The Government supplementary percentage payable for
this auction sale and nationally for privately bought wool
will therefore be 2.20 percent from midnight, on 30 June
1978, until midnight on 16 August 1978.
