NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 12th day of July 1978, presented to the said Court by FELTEX NEW ZEALAND LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 96–98 Anzac Avenue, Auckland; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Wellington on the 23rd day of August 1978, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 20th day of July 1978, presented to the said Court by STORY AND LOMAS LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Gisborne and carrying on the business of a building contractor; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 6th day of September 1978, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

AUCKLAND CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
NOTICE is hereby given that the Auckland City Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the fee simple estate in the land, described in the Schedule hereto, for a certain public work namely street.
The general purpose for which the land to be taken is to be used is street.
A plan showing the land required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the City Secretary, Auckland City Council, Civic Centre, Auckland, and is there open for inspection.
Every person directly affected is called upon to set forth in writing any objection he may wish to make to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, and to send the written objection within 40 days after the first publication of this notice to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, 175 The Terrace, Wellington.
If any objection is made in accordance with section 22, Public Works Act 1928, a public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of land containing 380 square metres, shown marked A, B, C, D, and E, on Survey Office Plan 52423, and comprising the bed of the former stream running between Sackville Street and Hakanoa Street, Auckland.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
IN the matter of the Counties Act 1956, and the Public Works Act 1928:
NOTICE is hereby given that the Thames-Coromandel District Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work, namely, to lay out and construct a road on the corner of Ferry Road and Bay View Road, Whitianga, and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the First Schedule hereto is required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the General Manager to the said Council, situate in Mary Street, Thames, and is open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such land who have any objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land must state their objections in writing, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, and send the same within 40 days from the first publication of the notice to the Secretary, Town and Country Planning Appeal Tribunal, Postal Centre, Wellington.
If any such objection is made a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Wairarapa South County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act and its amendments, to take an area of land for road as is described and marked “A” on S.O. Plan 30741, being 2606 square metres, more or less, being part Section 222, Taratahi District, and situate in Block IX, Tiffin Survey District, and being the land contained in Deeds Index 20/175 (Wellington Registry).
