  1. That Ian Robert Souster, Chartered Accountant, of Auckland, be appointed liquidator of the above-named company in place of the Official Assignee.
  2. That the liquidator be not required to furnish a bond.
  3. That notice of the appointment be advertised once only in the New Zealand Herald newspaper.
  4. That the remuneration of the Official Assignee for acting as provisional liquidator be fixed at $150.00, plus disbursements, to be paid by the liquidator out of the assets of the company.
