A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 638 (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forest Amendment Act 1976) I, Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Mount Richmond State Forest Park.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT—NELSON CONSERVANCY—MARLBOROUGH COUNTY
Lot 1, Deposited Plan 4804, situated in Block X, Patriarch S.D.: area, 550.9000 hectares, more or less, certificate of title, Volume 57, folio 233.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Wellington Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every education trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.
