IN the notice with above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 39, 29 June 1978, p. 1868, for “Pururi” in para. 3, line 3, and line 1, 4, and 6 of Schedule thereto, read “Puriri”.

IN the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 62, dated 13 July 1978, p. 1986, which gave an order made by the Otago Licensing Committee on 20 June 1978, for “Otago Licensing Committee” read “Dunedin Licensing Committee”, which words appeared in the title and text of the original order.

IN the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 62, dated 13 July 1978, p. 1985, which revoked an order made by the Licensing Committee at Dunedin, on 18 January 1977, for “Otago Licensing Committee” read “Dunedin Licensing Committee”, which words appear in the title and text of the original order.

CORRIGENDUM

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Auckland Licensing Committee

IN the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 62, dated 13 July 1978, p. 1985, relating to the Wayside Inn,

Albany, insert after the words “made an order”, appearing in the fifth line of the notice, the following:

“revoking its order of the 20th day of January 1977, varying hours for the sale of liquor in respect of the said premises, insofar as it relates to the closing of the premises at 11 o’clock in the evening on any Friday and Saturday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve) and further”.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Opotiki County Council as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of July 1978.
