Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Chartered Clubs—Otago Licensing Committee

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, Gordon Stewart Orr, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Otago Licensing Committee, on 20 June 1978, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the chartered club premises specified in the Schedule below.

To the intent that on days other than those on which chartered clubs are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to their members, the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve)—opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 10 o'clock in the evening.

(b) On any Friday, Saturday (not being New Year's Eve), and Christmas Eve—opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.

(c) On New Year's Eve—opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 0.30 o'clock in the morning of New Year's Day.

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, Gordon Stewart Orr, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the South Canterbury Licensing Committee, on 9 June 1978, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the D.B. Grosvenor Hotel, Timaru.

To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public, the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve)—opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 10 o'clock in the evening.

(b) On any Friday, Saturday (not being New Year's Eve), and Christmas Eve—opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.

(c) On New Year's Eve—opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 0.30 o'clock in the morning of New Year's Day.

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, Gordon Stewart Orr, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the South Canterbury Licensing Committee, on 9 June 1978, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Richmond Motor Hotel, Richmond.

To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public, the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve)—opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 10 o'clock in the evening.

(b) On any Friday, Saturday (not being New Year's Eve) and Christmas Eve—opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.

(c) On New Year's Eve—opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 0.30 o'clock in the morning of New Year's Day.

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, Gordon Stewart Orr, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Taranaki Licensing Committee, on 14 June 1978, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the chartered club known as the New Plymouth Club Incorporated.

To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public, the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

(a) On Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve)—the hour of opening and closing to be in accordance with the club charter.

(b) On Saturday (not being New Year's Eve) and Christmas Eve—opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.

(c) On New Year's Eve—opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 0.30 o'clock in the morning of New Year's Day.

Adequate food is to be available for patrons until 10.45 o'clock in the evening.

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, Gordon Stewart Orr, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Taranaki Licensing Committee, on 14 June 1978, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Urenui Hotel.

To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public, the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

(a) During the period 1 April to 31 October inclusive.
(i) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve)—opening at 9 o'clock in the morning and closing at 8 o'clock in the evening.
(ii) On any Friday, Saturday (not being New Year's Eve or Christmas Eve)—opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.

(b) During the period 1 November to 31 March inclusive.
(i) On every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve)—opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 10 o'clock in the evening.
(ii) On every Friday and Saturday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve)—opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.

(c) On Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve—opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.

Adequate food is to be available for patrons until 10.45 o'clock in the evening.
