Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of an urupa to be known as Maroanui Urupa for the common use and benefit of the people of Ngati-Kikopiri.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land situated in Block II, Tuhingamata West, and 1 Tatua Survey District, and described as follows:

3869 Maroanui Urupa as described in Partition Order of the Maori Land Court, dated 5 February 1924.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1955, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation to be known as Waipahihi Foreshore Maori Reservation for the purpose of a lake foreshore Reserve and a place of historical interest for the common use and benefit of the people of Ngati-Hinerau, Ngati-Tutemahuta, Ngati-Te Urunga and Ngati-Tuctawha, subtribes of Ngati-Tuwiharctoa and for the common use and benefit of the people of New Zealand.

PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold lands described in the Schedule hereto are hereby set apart as a Maori reservation to be known as Waipahihi Marae, Urupa and Stream Maori Reservation for the purpose of a marae, wharekai site and urupa, as an area of historical interest and for the preservation therein of the Waipahihi Ngawha and hot stream for the common use and benefit of the people of Ngati Hinerau, Ngati Tutemahuta, Ngati Te Urunga and Ngati Tutetawha subtribes of Ngati Tuwharetoa.
