Marshs Road: from the No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) to a point 480 metres measured south-easterly, generally, along Marshs Road from the said State highway.
Trents Road: from the No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) to a point 200 metres measured south-easterly, generally, along Trents Road from the said State highway.

Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 3) 1978

PURSUANT to regulation 17 of the Import Control Regulations 1973*, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby gives notice as follows:

  1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 3) 1978.
    (b) This notice shall come into force on the day after its notification in the Gazette.
  2. Goods of the classes specified and, for the purpose of the Customs Tariff falling within the tariff item in the First Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence or permit under the said regulations.
  3. The exemptions from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations in respect of the goods of the classes set forth in the Second Schedule hereto, included in the exempting notice shown in the Second Schedule, are hereby withdrawn.

Safety of Children’s Night Clothes Act 1977
(Persons authorised to issue Certificates of Compliance)

PURSUANT to the provisions of section 7 (1) of the Safety of Children’s Night Clothes Act 1977, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby makes the following authorisations with respect to the issuing of Certificates of Compliance in terms of section 7 (2) of the said Act.

Standards Association of New Zealand, 15-23 Sturdee Street, Wellington. Postal address: Private Bag, Wellington. Telephone number: 842 108 To issue a certificate to certify in respect of any garment that it is a Class I garment or a Class II garment.
