Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in
Block I, Awhitu Survey District, Franklin County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule
hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors,
and Inhabitants of the County of Franklin, and also pro-
claims that the road firstly and secondly described in the
Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and shall, when so
closed, vest in R. H. and E. C. Lowry Limited, a duly
incorporated company, having its registered office at Waiuku,
subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 242961.2, and that
the road thirdly described in the said Second Schedule is
hereby closed, and shall, when so closed, vest in Colin Stewart
Irwin of Waiuku, farmer, and Margaret Elizabeth Irwin, his
wife, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. A502462, A502464, 157450.1, 337626.1, and 717873.1.

South Auckland Land Registry, and also hereby takes the

Declaring Land Taken for Road in Block IX, Paritutu Survey
District, Taranaki County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that,
a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for road and shall vest in the Taranaki County Council, from
and after the 15th day of June 1978.

ALL that piece of land containing 215 square metres, situated
