NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up
of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was,
on the 9th day of May 1978, presented to the said Court by
RONALD IAN WILLIAMS, of Hamilton, District Commissioner
of Inland Revenue; and that the said petition is directed
to be heard before the Court sitting at Hamilton, on Thursday,
the 1st day of June 1978, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and
any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous
to support or to oppose the making of an order on the said
petition may appear at the time of the hearing in person or
by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition
will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment
of the regulated charge for the same.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
Public notice is hereby given that the Waipa County Council
proposes to execute a certain public work, to wit, the construction of a public road for which purpose the land described in the Schedule hereto requires to be taken by the
Council under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928.
A plan of the land required to be taken as aforesaid lies open
to public inspection at the office of the Council in Bank
Street, Te Awamutu. Every person directly affected is hereby
called upon to set forth in writing any objection he may wish
to make to the execution of such work or to the taking of such
