REVOKING THE DECLARATION OF LAND FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENT ALONG BALMORAL ROAD AND ST. LUKES ROAD IN MOUNT ALBERT BOROUGH

NOTICE is hereby given that in pursuance of the powers vested in it by section 93 of the Local Government Act 1974, and of any and every other power enabling it in that behalf, the Auckland Regional Authority, on 20 February 1978, resolved that the existing declarations (made by resolutions of the Authority), that the lands described in the First Schedule hereto were required for highway improvement pursuant to section 34L of the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963 (which said resolutions and declarations take effect as if made under the said section 93 of the Local Government Act 1974, by virtue of section 14 (5) of the Local Government Amendment Act 1976), be revoked and/or varied in so far as, and to the extent that, such declarations apply to the lands described in the Second Schedule hereto, but not otherwise.
