Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in Block VIII, Waihemo Survey District, Waihemo County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest in Trevor David Paton, of Morrisons, farmer.

Declaring Road in Block VIII, Piako Survey District, Hauraki Plains County, to be a Government Road and to be Stopped

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby

(b) stops the said road.
