third share), as tenants in common in the said shares, subject
to mortgages No. 187855, 218609, and 257778, and subject
to mortgage No. 021563.2 affecting the one-third interest
of Peter James O'Connor only, Southland Land Registry,
and also declares that the road, secondly described in the
Second Schedule hereto, when so closed shall vest in John
