Declaring Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for the Purposes of a Road in Buller County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by The Westport Returned Services Association (Incorporated) under and by virtue of renewable lease No. 29, recorded in Volume 118, folio 4, Nelson Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road, from and after the 13th day of April 1978.
