State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park for Addition
to Pirongia State Forest Park

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 63 B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as
substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act
1976), I, Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of
New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described
in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby
form part of the Pirongia State Forest Park.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY—
RAGLAN COUNTY
Lot 1, D.P. S. 19112, being part Allotment 337, Pirongia
Parish, situated in Block III, Pirongia Survey District and
Block XV, Alexandra Survey District: area, 16.6525 hectares,
more or less. Part certificate of title, Volume 61, folio 14,
of the South Auckland Land Registry.
Lot 2, D.P. S. 19112, being part Allotment 48, Pirongia
Parish, situated in Block III, Pirongia Survey District: area,
10.2105 hectares, more or less. Part certificate of title, Volume
281, folio 49, of the South Auckland Land Registry.

Adding Land to Westland National Park

THE RIGHT HON. R. D. MULDOON PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 10 of the National Parks Act 1952, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares
that the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto
shall, as from the date hereof, be added to, and form part of
Westland National Park, and shall hereafter be managed,
administered, and dealt with, by the Westland National Park
Board in accordance with the provisions of the said Act.

PURSUANT to the Local Government Act 1974, His Excellency
the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following
order:
ORDER
-
Title and commencement—(1) This order may be cited
as the Waipawa District and Waipawa Community Constitu-
tion Order 1978.
(2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of May -
Waipawa District—The districts of the Borough of
Waipawa and the County of Waipawa are hereby united into
one district under the name of the Waipawa District (herein-
after referred to as the district). -
Dissolution of Waipawa Borough Council and Waipawa
County Council—The Waipawa Borough Council and the
Waipawa County Council (hereinafter referred to as the
uniting authorities) are hereby dissolved. -
Waipawa District Council—The council of the district
shall be a district council under the name of "The Waipawa
District Council" (hereinafter referred to as the district
council).
