In the notice, dated the 12th day of December 1977, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 1, 12 January 1978, p. 2, notifying the appointment of Patrick Desmond Mahoney of Wellington to be a Stipendiary Magistrate, for the name Patrick Desmond Mahoney, read Patrick Desmond Mahony, which last-mentioned name appears in the original Warrant of Appointment signed by the Governor-General.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every education trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—PIAKO COUNTY

ALL that land marked ‘School Site’ on D.P. 12904L, being Part Orongomairoa Block, situated in Block I, Wairere Survey District: area, 8093 square metres, more or less, shown on certificate of title, Volume 346, folio 193 of the South Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 22nd day of March 1978.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976) I, Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Pirongia State Forest Park.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY—RAGLAN COUNTY

Lot 1, D.P. S. 19010, being part Allotment 385, Pirongia Parish, situated in Block XIV, Alexandra Survey District: area, 39.9570 hectares, more or less. Part certificate of title, volume 2A, folio 489.

As shown on plan N65/7 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.
