Board Appointed to Have Control of Curio Bay Scenic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby appoints Ellen Elizabeth Buckingham, Robert
Francis Cook, Hugh Forsyth Cowie, Peter William Hayes,
Kenneth George McWilliam, Stewart Colin Stratford, Gordon
Charles Voice, and Alan Thomas Mair representing South-
land County Council ex officio and the Assistant Commissioner
of Crown Lands for the Land District of Southland, ex
officio, to be the Curio Bay Scenic Reserve Board to have
control of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto,
subject to the provisions of the said Act as a scenic reserve
for a term of 3 years from the date of this notice.
