for the Purposes of the North Auckland Railway at
Henderson

PURSUANT to section 45 of the Government Railways Act 1949
and to sections 32 and 216 of the Public Works Act
1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares that, a suf-
ficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the
land described in the First Schedule hereto, together with the
water and sewage drainage easement created by transfer
No. 321488.2 and the drainage easement created by transfer
No. 667531, and the land described in the Second Schedule
hereto, together with the water and sewage drainage easement
created by transfer No. 321488.2 and the drainage easement
