The Traffic (Bay of Islands County) Notice No. 1, 1978
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
- This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Bay of Islands County) Notice No. 1, 1978.
- The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purpose of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
- The Traffic (Bay of Islands County) Notice No. 1, 1974, dated the 10th day of October 1974†, under section 5 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956, which relates to roads situated within Bay of Islands County at Paihia, is hereby revoked.

Blackbridge-Paihia Road: from a point 91 metres measured south-westerly generally along the said road from Te Kemara Avenue to Te Karuwha Parade.

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
- This notice may be cited as the Traffic (MacKenzie County and Waitaki County) Notice No. 1, 1978.
- The road, specified in the Schedule hereto, is hereby declared to be a 70 kilometres an hour speed limit area for the purposes of regulation 21 of the Traffic Regulation 1976*.
- The Traffic (MacKenzie County) Notice No. 3, 1977 dated the 21st day of December 1977†, under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1976*, which relates to a road situated within MacKenzie County at the Ohau River Bridge, is hereby revoked.
